Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Under contract from the Army, Silvus has developed new wireless communications devices. We have an invitation to test these radios as part of the USSOCOM Technical Experiments to be held at Camp Blanding, FL (a Florida National Guard training camp) on Oct. 22 & 23 2014. We need an experimental STA to test during these two days. Our devices operate at the following 3 carrier frequencies: 420 MHz, 1370 MHz and 4860 MHz with transmit powers of 10 Watts, 1 Watt and 1 Watt respectively. We need permission to operate these devices during a two day test (Oct. 22 & 23) at Camp Blanding, FL
