Special Temporary Authority application - Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
The purpose of the proposed operation is to permit the Applicant to operate and demonstrate its robotic platform, including its wireless communications capabilities, at the AUSA Annual Meeting and Exposition. The Wi-Fi transmitter is equipment certified (FCC ID: PD9AX210NG), communicates on standard Wi-Fi protocols with existing Wi-Fi access points, and complies with the requirements of Section 15.407. The assembled device is Part 15B compliant and, for purposes of this demonstration, is configured for indoor-only use within the conference’s demonstration area. All operations will be conducted by the qualified technical personnel of applicant, on a non-interference, non-protection basis. Applicant will operate the equipment in a manner that avoids harmful interference to authorized users and will immediately cease transmissions should harmful interference be reported. 24/7 Stop Buzzer for this application is Assaf Chaprak, (415) 321-0934.
