SES Americom Inc. (“SES”) respectfully requests experimental authority to test and demonstrate the efficacy and capabilities of the CesiumAstro Skylark KAST antennas (“Skylark antennas”). The Skylark antennas have the potential to deliver performance across multiple form factors and frequency bands that increases ?exibility for reliable, e?cient communications.
