Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Senet is conducting product viability testing of its new RF technology based on the Semtech LoRa radio chip. The initial transceivers are intended to receive transmissions from sensor nodes located within the view shed of a transceiver installation. The transceiver emits signals on behalf of the network to negotiate spreading factors and encryption keys with the nodes in the vicinity of the transceiver. This configuration of the first generation design needs to be tested in live environments of differing climates, elevations, and other parameters.

Please explain the purpose of operation:
Operations are to be conducted within six geographic areas where Senet currently operates RF equipment. Testing will allow the company to observe the performance of new technology in different environments having varied climate, topography, and other features, and to confirm design, configuration and viability while preparing the product for final certification testing. Testing will include Digital Transmission System requirements under Section 15.247 of the FCC rules. Each test unit will communicate regularly with Senet receiving equipment and will be under Senets control at all times.
