Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
SAIC has operated a proprietary data link system under Experimental Licenses, most recently WD2XZI. This license provides for operation in and around our San Diego Facilities. It has been requested that we perform demonstrations of this technology to several customers in the Orlando FL area over the next several months, specifically in the time periods of Aug 24-Sept 9, and Oct 10-oct 31. The setup, test, and formal demonstrations will only require 2-5 days within these windows. Exact dates cannot be provided at this time.
