Special Temporary Authority application - Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
Flight testing of a HAPS platform is planned. HAPS platforms will ascend from ground level and operate at a nominal cruise altitude of 60,000 to 65,000 ft. Sceye will also perform subscale launches to experiment before conducting full size launches out of Moriarty, NM.
