Special Temporary Authority application - Initial values - Purpose of Operation

Please explain the purpose of operation:
Demonstration of the Exo-Brake and demonstrating the viability of the Iridium 9602 communication module. The Technical Education Satellite 3P (TechEdSat-3P) will test and validate two different technologies in Low Earth Orbit (LEO): demonstration of the Exo-Brake and demonstrating the viability of the Iridium 9603 communication module. Transmission will begin 40 minutes after deployment from the ISS. The use of the Exo-Brake will deorbit the satellite in approximately 18 days after deployment from the ISS, thus concluding the mission.
