Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
An STA is necessary so that the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe can better evaluate new Redline equipment that is going through FCC certification, but which has not yet received type acceptance. Type acceptance for this equipment is not expected before the end of this year. In the meantime, testing of equipment will inform the Tribes future deployment decisions and, if the equipment performs as expected, the Tribe can provide commercial deployment without replacing the equipment once the equipment is certified.
