To permit a C-band radar to be operated on the Potomac River in the vicinity (within approximately 3 nautical miles) of the Gaylord Convention Center in National Harbor, MD. The frequencies to be used in the 5.4 - 5.85 GHz range have been coordinated with FAAs Spectrum Engineering Office.
