Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Ridgeline Instruments would like to perform validation testing on a low-power X-band radar system to be delivered in the Dallas - Fort Worth area at the final integration location before deployment. The STA is necessary to have the ability to radiate through the systems antenna at a location not currently licensed.
