RF Film, Inc. is filing an STA request for the shooting of a FFSO Production Lihue, HI. 96766, RF Film, Inc. submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. FFSO Productions, Inc. has contracted RF Film, Inc. to provide the necessary microwave for the shooting of an Aerial film link and a terrestrial link. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Lihue HI area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area, RF Film requests the use of channels in the 2360-2390MHz Telemetry Band.

RF Film, Inc. hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate in the 2360-2390MHz telemetry band, pursuant to Section 21.25 of the Commission’s Rules. RF Film, Inc. requests that the Commission grant it temporary authority to operate an Aerial link on the frequency centered on 2364MHz with an 8MHz bandwidth and a terrestrial link centered on 2374MHz with an 8MHz bandwidth from January 2, 2019 with intermittent usage and ceasing operation on February 1, 2019
