Film, Inc. is filing an STA request for the shooting for Cerde SAS Productions at The East River in New York. RF Film, Inc. submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. Cerde SAS Productions: 8 Rue Duviver / 75007 Paris France has contracted RF Film, Inc. to provide the necessary microwave for the aerial shooting of this video. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the New York area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area, RF Film requests the use of one channel in the 2360-2390MHz Telemetry Band.

RF Film, Inc. hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate in the 2360-2390MHz telemetry band, pursuant to Section 21.25 of the Commission’s Rules. RF Film, Inc. requests that the Commission grant it temporary authority to operate on the frequencies centered on 2364MHz with an 8MHz bandwidth from September 9, 2018 with intermittent usage and ceasing operation on October 8, 2018.
