Paramount Pictures - Half Shell has contracted RF Film, Inc. to provide the necessary microwave for the filming of this movie. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Buffalo area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events, RF Film requests the use of channels in the 2200 - 2290 MHz Telemetry Band.
