Red Handed Television Company is a British entity responsible for video production of the World Series Sailing Regatta at various locations around the world, including Sweden, Chicago, France, Bermuda and elsewhere. The Company does not have any FCC licenses and the sailing competition in Chicago is a one-time event for which this foreign company needs Special Temporary Authority.

Please explain the purpose of operation:
The purpose of the operation is video production at a sailing regatta offshore in Lake Michigan near Chicagos Navy Pier. Needed are channels for wireless microphones, RF cameras and narrowband voice channels for coordinating video production, all at the site of the sailing regatta. All operation on broadcast or broadcast auxiliary channels will be coordinated with the applicable SBE frequency coordinator in the Chicago Market, and operation on all Amateur Radio frequencies will be coordinated in advance with the American Radio Relay League, Incorporated.
