The instant request for Special Temporary Authority seek to demonstrate the equipment at The Franklin Institute (Philadelphia) for a limited time of less than six months. The purpose of the demonstration is to advance understanding of the radio arts and, pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 5.3(e), conduct a technical demonstration of equipment and techniques. The public interest will be served by grant of this application as it will allow a demonstration of the successes and potential for radio frequency science.
