Please explain the purpose of operation:
The demonstration will involve demonstrating a custom-built, phased array system to beam power directionally to small RFDC converters. The technical parameters of the proposed operation are identical to those authorized under Reach Powers existing experimental licenses. This operation will permit Reach Power to demonstrate advance technology needed to meet the rapidly expanding needs of the military.
