Raytheon has a requirement to conduct outdoor testing to perform research and development activities in support of all aspects of high-speed weapons engagement. To achieve these goals, Raytheon needs to work on RF emissions testing at its plant site as soon as possible.

Please explain the purpose of operation:
Testing in these frequency bands help support missile development and require flight testing around the Raytheon Tucson airport site. A license is required for free space radiation using signal generators and horn antennas to replicate RADAR signals. For mobile operations, van and flight testing will be used.
