Please explain the purpose of operation:
To support the evaluation and the Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for deliverable Electronic Scan Antennas (ESAs). Raytheon Towson and Raytheon Largo will be conducting evaluation and FAT for deliverable ESAs. To that end, Raytheon will use a laboratory test equipment signal source to make antenna pattern and antenna gain measurements.
