Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The operations are scheduled for two weeks in November 2015 - November 2-12. Because of the short-term nature of the experiment, an STA is appropriate. Because of other processing concerns, Raytheon sincerely hopes that it is possible to process this application speedily.
