The proposed operation will use spectrum to control a novel unmanned aerial system, allowing for ground signals to control the airframe, and using an airborne transmitter to demonstrate the capabilities of the airfram as the applicant evaluated the usefulness of the airframe in development of its UAS program. See exhibits attached for additional information, including the importance of UAS development to the US military.
