Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Raytheon needs to add a radar simulator at a new site on its test range to complete testing that is scheduled to start in September. The testing continues development of a radar system and this additional site is intended to allow the testing to explore several key parameters that cannot be tested without it.
