Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
In this instance an unexpected decision by the Army not to continue sponsoring a frequency assignment has left this vital program without a license to operate. The Army told Raytheon to seek an FCC authorization. We are seeking this STA to allow for the continued testing of this essential intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance program.
