Please explain the purpose of operation:
The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) project needs a Special Temporary Authority (STA) FCC license for the Raytheon operated Image Collection Site located at a Sign Bridge in Weston, Massachusetts along the I-90 Massachusetts Turnpike Eastbound. Raytheon will be broadcasting at this site for only the Six month period of 1 March 2015 through 30 September 2015
