Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
QUALCOMM will be performing limited testing with changes to the OmniTRACS air-link parameters in a spectrum optimization effort. The testing will effect the off-axis emissions of the network, which may result in exceeding currently licensed limits by a maximum of 2dB for a short period of time.
