Qualcomm will install a MediaFLO transmitter for demonstration purposes at Republican National Convention in Minneapolis. Qualcomm is currently operating commercial service in the area (call sign WPZA238) but this STA is necessary to add the temporary transmitter. No local TV stations are using the spectrum.
