Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This STA needs to be extended through the DTV Transition in Feb2009. Qualcomm will install low power (36uW ERP) MediaFLO transmitters for short term demonstration purposes. Qualcomm is currently operating commercial service in the area (call sign WPWU989) but this STA is necessary to add the temporary transmitters.
