Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Qualcomm will install a low power 5W ERP MediaFLO transmitter for short term demonstration purposes at The Spirit Of The Athlete Event in San Diego. Qualcomm is currently operating commercial service in the area (call sign WPWU989) but this STA is necessary to add the temporary transmitter. No local TV stations are using the spectrum.
