Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Qualcomm will install a temporary MediaFLO transmitter for short term demonstration purposes at a conference in Sun Valley, Idaho. Qualcomm is the license holder for the spectrum (call sign WPWU989) but this STA is necessary to add the temporary transmitter. This demo is after the DTV transition so an interference analysis is not required.

Testing and demonstration of MediaFLO technology. Qualcomm will install a single transmitter to provide MediaFLO coverage in support of demonstrations at the conference. The attached interference analysis is evidence that the temporary MediaFLO transmitter shall not impact any channel 55 TV stations.
