Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Qualcomm will host a demonstration of two WCDMA handsets at the Society for Information Display Tradeshow. The show is May 18-23, 2008 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The handsets are not designed to work with US frequencie bands so this STA is required to allow use of special base station test equipment that can support their operation.
