Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Qualcomm will enhance coverage for the Electronic Entertainment Expo May 30th through June 6th in Los Angeles. Qualcomm owns the spectrum and currently operates in the region under call sign WPWU989. The STA is required to allow for a temporary transmitter located at the LA Convention Center. An OET 69 interference report demonstrating non-interference with active TV transmitters is included with this application.
