Please explain the purpose of operation:
A MediaFLO test system will transmit 1mW ERP on TV Ch55 (716-722 MHz) using an omni directional antenna. The system is located inside an office building. MediaFLO test devices will be located in close proximity to the transmitter. Please see the uploaded interference report completed by duTreil, Lundin & Rackley, Inc., demonstrating 0% interference caused to channel 55 TV stations.
