Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We desire to evaluate customer premise equipment (CPE) in the FCC unlicensed TVWS band using Runcom Technologies equipment that the CPE is pending FCC certification. Our original experiment conducted in 2015 was an evaluation of the Base Station which has since been FCC approved. Note; the BST is not presently reporting to Spectrum Bridge and a National Data Base.

Special Temporary Authority application - Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
To validate performance of Runcom Technologies, LTD TVWS customer premise equipment (CPE) in terms of connectivity to the base station (BST), performance and scalability. We will deploy 30 CPE at customer locations. These locations will be various sites surrounding the BST at multiple azimuths all pointed back to BST sites. The purpose is to validate performance of Runcom Technologies TVWS equipment both to FCC compliance and to performance criteria. If successful, the next steps will be for Runcom to obtain FCC approval on the equipment.
