Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
To conduct essential test for WTMS services from May 29 to May 30th. This is the only time available as we have coordinated already with North Liberty, Iowa Radio Astronomy facility and obtained their clearance, since they will not be using the partciluar frequency in question, since they will be down during that time period for system maintenance.
