Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Applicant wishes to conduct short-term technical demonstrations of MANET networking at an AUSA trade show, involving mobile users on foot during the period 11-15 October, 2026 and to set up and tear down the equipment before and after the event, within the Washington Convention Center., Washington, D.C. The communications system is not yet equipment authorized, and the frequency range is not available for unlicensed or licensed, non-government operation. See attached Narrative.
