Parallel Wireless seeks to exhibit its prototype cellular base station in the Band 14 public safety LTE band at APCO 2015, the annual conference of the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO). The requested license covers operation of one unit during the conference. Parallel Wireless is coordinating with conference organizers regarding the prototype, but Parallel Wirelesss existing licenses do not cover the location and dates of the trial.

Please explain the purpose of operation:
The prototype Band 14 LTE access base station is intended for exhibition at APCO 2015, where a wide variety of public safety communications officials will be able to view and interact with the prototype. The prototype will allow for governmental agencies to retain control over their local and departmental radio communications infrastructure while leveraging modern LTE-based technologies.
