Special Temporary Authority application - Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
The tests involve performance verification of the spacecrafts L-band communication sub-systems. Specifically, the L5-band (1176.45 MHZ) and the L1-band (1575-42) down link systems will be tested. All tests will occur within Orbitals facility, which consists of a completely enclosed metal building and will include anechoic material in the testing area.
