Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Test new implementation of a private 5g solution to support wireless infrastructure in hospitals. The STA is necessary because the bands tested are n261 which is a licensed band. The research and development for this project have gotten to the point where over the air testing is necessary to best understand the potential. To do over the air testing on n261 a license is needed in order to perform tests legally.
