Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
To test and verify the operation and performance of a newly developed product using an unlicensed Radio Frequency module similar to the two-way (walkie-talkie) radio operating in the FRS/GMRS frequencies to determine range, clarity, performance, and intelligibility of the operation. Upon completion of the project, the unit will be officially tested and certified per FCC Part 95.
