Special Temporary Authority application - Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
Novawurks will transmit at various power levels from a 3 meter dish at minimum operating elevation angle (10 degrees) and 360 degree azimuth with SBE personnel on-site. Duration of operation will be 2 hours maximum at each location specified. This will occur sometime during the period of validity for the STA. Novawurks acknowledges that any use of this band is secondary to the primary user in Los Angeles and the Greater Los Angeles area.
