Special Temporary Authority application - Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
Spaceflight test of new type of spacecraft bus constructed from multiple identical sub-units (satlets). No wireless transmissions in these bands listed in the application are for space to ground purposes and all frequency and bandwidth listed are within ISM allocated bands. This will be the first test of the technology demonstrating operation of a non-traditional spacecraft architecture.
