Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
An STA is needed for a follow-on demonstration of an experimental radar system being developed under a research grant from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. Pulsed 12.5 MHz, 20 W pulses at center frequency 9.5 GHz would be intermittent for approximately 1 week, exact test week still TBD in Aug or Sep.
