Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The proposed system needs to be tested and validated under a variety of scenarios in order to meet special QoS requirements. Additional information can be provided upon request. The purpose of this experimentation is to validate a converged, high-speed, secure broadband wireless network. This experiment will use the technology of IP Wireless 4th Generation (4G) hardware. Once in operation, the systems will used to demonstrate this to public safety/law enforcement personnel at the local state/federal levels of government.
