Please explain the purpose of operation:
The purpose of the operation is to carry out a government contract to test and analyze applied microelectronics technology and algorithm solutions as part of a risk reduction demonstration of a microelectronics-based system. Airborne operations will be conducted in a defined geographic area around Harpers Ferry, WV, for two 3-hour periods, one on March 5 and the other on March 8. Power ERP will be limited to 15 milliwatts in a 30-degree beam width in a single direction, as specified in the attached exhibit.
