Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
An STA is necessary to conduct testing and demonstrations under a U.S. Government contract, DARPA, contract no. HR0011-15-D-0078. Earlier application (1198-EX-ST-2016 - WK9XKF) listed the transmitter output power of the fixed transmitter as the ERP. Correct ERP (24.3 kW) is in this application.
