Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Northrop Grumman has developed equipment for a customer and must verify its proper operation before delivery. The VSAT equipment to be used in conjunction with that of Northrop Grumman is manufactured by Globecomm and transmits on frequencies between 14.00-14.50 GHz. Globecomm already is authorized to use this spectrum to access the SAT MEX 5 satellite and Northrop Grumman will be conducting these tests in conjunction with Globecomm.
