Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) wishes to perform an engineering evaluation and testing of an active phased array radar system developed by CEA Technologies of Australia, a partner of NGSC. This radar will not be for sale in the US nor will it be sold to any branch of the US military. Testing has been rescheduled to begin on November 1 and the unit to be tested operates at a higher ERP.
