Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This STA is required to evaluate performance of radar system using new transmitter/receiver components with the following technical specifications. Pulse Width: 4 usec; PRF 2300 Hz; Main Beam Width 4.5 degrees; Orientation 305 degrees true in azimuth. An extension to this STA is requested due to unforeseeable delays encountered with importing equipment needed to conduct the tests. We are now confident that testing can be completed no later than August 15, and therefore request a 3-month extension.
