Please explain the purpose of operation:
Nokia wants demonstrate Small Cell communication equipment to one of our customers located in Philadephia, Pa , One Comcast Center 19103 , the STA period would be from July 29th - September 29th 2016 to allow time for setup, customer demonstrations/testing and breakdown of the equipment, we are requesting to operate on a 10Mhz channel in the AWS Band 4 frequency range (2110-2155Mhz Downlink (1710-1755Mhz Uplink), operation will be indoors at low power levels (250MW or less)
