Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Nokia has been asked to demonstrate 5G prototype at FCC 5G workshop on March 12 and 13. The operating frequency is in a band requiring a license. We ask for 3 weeks STA just in case some longer term need is required. May be reduced to 1 week if FCC feels more appropriate.
