For a short-term equipment demonstration of its non-line-of-sight plug-and-play wireless access equipment at the upcoming Wireless Communications Association Internationals Annual International Symposium and Business Expo 2006 in San Jose, California. NextNet would like the STA for January 17-20. NextNet is requesting use of spectrum in the 2.5 GHz band (Channels A1, A2, A3, and A4) for which it will acquire consent. A copy of that letter will be filed with the Commission as soon as it is acquired.
